A washed processed topazio coming straight out of Brazil, from our friend Rafael Vinhal. It's a bright, clean delicious filter. Look for notes of .... you guessed it, Guava. Second choice for brewing method would be aeropress. Don't miss out on this limited fresh crop from Southland Merchants.

This is our rotating coffee category from specific farms around the world. When available, it will be only in-person at our roastery or right here online.

The Origin of the Week could be a filter roast, Aeropress... perhaps occasionally a funky milky coffee, but typically lighter roasts designed to express fruit, funk and acidity.
